About Letchmi Trek
Letchmi Hills, located about 3 km from Munnar offers a panoramic view of the Western Ghats ranges.etchmi Hills, located about 3 km from Munnar offers a panoramic view of the Western Ghats ranges.
We start the trek through the tea plantations, once we are over the hill the rest of our couple of hours of trek will be on the ridge, which offers beautiful views around.
It spreads across grasslands, rocky mountain slopes on one side, tea plantations and patches of Shola forest on the other side. On a clear day we could see Anaimudi (2695 mts above MSL), the highest peak in the Western Ghats and South India.
