Early in the morning, our driver picks you up from Delhi airport or your hotel. You are driven for three and a half hours in your private luxury car via the expressway.
When you arrive in Agra, our expert tour guide will meet you and show you the major highlights of Agra. Your tour starts with a visit to the Taj Mahal. This epitome of love, built in pure white marble, is a superb example of architecture. It was created by Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved Mumtaz Mahal. Your tour guide will explain the stories and mysteries of the Taj and show you the beautiful inlaid work on its walls.
After visiting the Taj, if you are hungry, you can have lunch at a good place; otherwise, continue to the next destination, Agra Fort. This strong citadel used to be the capital of the Mughal rulers. It was built by the third Mughal Emperor Akbar out of red stone and white marble. After the Agra sightseeing tour is over if you like to visit Indian crafts you can explore the bazaars of Agra with your tour guide. Later we transfer you back to airport/hotel in Delhi by the same car.
