  • Embark on a guided hike up Mount Sibayak on a day trip from Medan. Watch the sunrise from the top, enjoy a cup of coffee/tea, and bathe in a natural hot spring afterward.

    Begin your ascent at the base of Mount Sibayak after an optional early pickup from your accommodation in Medan. This hike is suitable for all levels.

    Savor the pristine night sky away from the city lights as you hike. After a 1.5-hour trek, you’ll then be rewarded at the top with sunrise views over the natural landscape and enjoy a cup of coffee/tea at the volcano’s summit.

    After your hike, soak in a natural hot spring and feel refreshed. Have breakfast in Berastagi (not included) and visit Berastagi Fruit Market before transferring back to your hotel or accommodation in Medan.
