What you can expect

Join a guided sea kayaking adventure from L’Estartit to the Medes Islands, one of the main marine flora and fauna reserves in the Western Mediterranean. Paddle to unique spots only reachable by a kayak and swim in Costa Brava’s crystal clear waters.

Meet at the activity provider's office, where your guide will welcome you and give you the necessary equipment for your tour. After a safety briefing, climb aboard your kayak and follow your guide to the marine reserve.

Kayak across the 7 islands of the archipelago and enjoy picturesque views of the whole bay. Learn about the flora and fauna of this protected area. Before heading back, cool down with a swim, and marvel at the marine life on the seabed.
Be accompanied by your guide at all times and a have boat close by to tow you in case you need it.

*Any equipment that gets broken, damaged or lost must be paid for by the participant.
