Begin your adventure in Lagos and head to the Seven Hanging Valleys Trail, one of the most stunning stretches of the Algarve's southern coastline. Walk the trail one way from Algar Seco to a sunset tapas-style dinner at Praia da Marinha.

Along the way, see some of the most amazing natural sea stacks, sinkholes, complex limestone caves, and a mix of a turquoise ocean and warm-colored cliffs. Stop along the way to swim, depending on the tide and the group's preferences.

Usually, stop for around 30 minutes at Benagil to have a break and eat an ice cream and to have a swim. Unfortunately, due to new regulations, swimming into the Benagil is no longer allowed. We will see into the cave from the top though.

End your hike at Praia da Marinha, considered one of the most iconic beaches in the Algarve. It's considered by the Michelin Guide as one of the 10 most beautiful beaches in Europe and as one of the 100 most beautiful beaches in the world.
