Loved the trekking with guide through the beautiful villages and hearing about village life and textile making. Fansipan was amazing… coming out of the cold and the clouds, into this paradise of sunshine and peace. The sleeper bus on the way to Sapa in was great. Back to Hanoi the sleeper bus was not clean, no water, running late leaving Sapa and very short breaks with no communication.

The trek was great - beautiful scenery and really interesting to see the local villages and how life is changing rapidly - my guide was friendly and knowledgeable and I was lucky to be the only one on the hike that day so had my own private tour- slight hiccup when the driver couldn’t wait for me to check in and change at the hotel but the guide waited and we just walked a bit further together. Fansipan via cable car next day was spectacular - lucky again I guess that I had perfect weather. Communication from Hanoi and in Sapa was excellent which made travelling alone and on a tight schedule less stressful. They also sorted a bus drop off at the airport on the way back to Hanoi for me. Food is just average but it’s not the reason to go to Sapa and it didn’t spoil my trip - still 5 stars from me overall

Communication with the tour company's customer care was easy and quick. The sleeper bus made the 5-6h drive from Hanoi to Sapa smooth, with single cabins equipped with USB ports, AC, and privacy curtains. The food was delicious, and they worked hard to accommodate our vegetarian/pescetarian diet. Trekking was tricky for those in normal sneakers; it's June, and the rainy season has started, making the path muddy and slippery. Hiking boots were essential. Local village ladies accompanied us, ensuring our safety. The rice terraces were breathtaking and worth getting muddy for. We upgraded to the four-star hotel option, which was nice and clean, but due to thick fog, we had little view. Finally, we chose the Fansipan option; it was very foggy, but reaching the roof of Indochina and seeing the highest Buddha bronze statue are experiences not to miss. Our local tour guides were sweet, friendly, punctual, and organized. Overall, we had a great trip and wouldn’t change a bit of it.
