What you can expect
The guided tour will begin exploring Llanes, one of Asturias’ most popular summer destinations, known for its charm and historic center. Follow your guide to discover the town’s most important sites, including its Casino, the 13th-century tower, the Palace of the Dukes of Estrada, and the Llanes Gates. You will also visit iconic spots such as Parres Sobrino Square, famous for being a filming location for the movie “The Orphanage.”
Afterwards, we will head to Ribadesella, where Asturian history and tradition come alive in the historic center and the Portiellu neighborhood. Wander its picturesque streets and discover Asturian Renaissance treasures such as the Palace of Pietro Cutre, Casa Ardines, and the Palacio de la Atalaya. One of the town’s must-see sights is the Hermitage of the Guide, where the patron saint of sailors rests, offering some of the best views of Ribadesella and the Sella River estuary. You will also have free time to stroll through the town, explore its streets, enjoy the coastal views, and have lunch at one of the local restaurants.
Our itinerary continues to the Mirador del Fitu, a privileged viewpoint offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Cantabrian Sea and the majestic Picos de Europa—a perfect spot for unforgettable photos and to admire the natural beauty of Asturias.
Finally, we will visit Tazones, a charming fishing village known for its colorful houses and maritime tradition. Stroll through its narrow cobbled streets, explore its historic harbor, and soak in the authentic atmosphere of one of Asturias’ most picturesque coastal villages.
Throughout the tour, your guide will provide explanations, tips, and recommendations, pointing out the best places to eat, the most typical local dishes, and the products you shouldn’t miss. This route runs along the eastern coast of Asturias, and places often sell out quickly, so be sure to reserve your spot in advance!
