Day 1: From Tunis/Sousse/Hammamet – Kairouan & Tozeur
Pick-up from your hotel and start of your journey.
Head to Kairouan, the spiritual heart of Tunisia, to discover the Great Mosque, a masterpiece of Islamic architecture and one of the most significant religious landmarks in North Africa.

Continue the drive through Gafsa (lunch en route) before reaching Tozeur. Upon arrival, check in at your 4-star hotel.
In the afternoon, take a stroll through the old Medina, with its unique brick patterns and authentic atmosphere. Enjoy some free time to relax or explore at your own pace.
Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Mountain Oases, Star Wars Landscapes & Desert Camp
After breakfast, set off in 4x4 vehicles to the spectacular Chebika oasis. Guided by a local, wander through the old Berber village, trek along mountain trails, and admire the natural waterfall.

Drive along the Dakar Rally tracks across Chott El Gharsa before reaching the dunes and the legendary Mos Espa, the largest Star Wars filming site in Tunisia.
Lunch at a local restaurant.

In the afternoon, continue towards Douz, crossing the vast Chott El Djerid salt lake. On arrival, settle into your desert camp with traditional tents.
Take time to watch the sunset over the dunes and, if you wish, enjoy a camel ride. Experience the ancestral method of baking sand bread, prepared beneath the embers of the desert sand.
Dinner and evening entertainment with Bedouin music around the campfire. Overnight in tents beneath the star-filled desert sky.

Day 3: Between Berbers and Romans
After breakfast, drive to Matmata. Visit a local family in their troglodyte cave dwelling and share traditional tea and olive oil. Discover the iconic Sidi Idriss Hotel, another famous Star Wars filming location.

After lunch, continue to El Jem to visit its impressive Roman Amphitheatre, one of the largest and best-preserved in the world. Explore the echoes of gladiators’ footsteps and the grandeur of Roman Africa.
