Itinerary
We will meet at 5:00 p.m. at San Blas square in Cusco. Are you ready to discover everything about Peru's most famous liquor?
In this pisco tour we will visit three emblematic places in Cusco where we will learn about the different aspects of this typical drink, from its history to its multiple combinations. We will start at La Taberna bar, a gourmet place where we will learn about the origins of pisco and its fermentation process.
After this introduction, we will taste three pisco musts, and attend a live preparation of the Cholo Sour, the house cocktail, prepared by a professional bartender. Then we will go to the Kion restaurant, whose gastronomy is based on the fusion of Peruvian and Oriental cuisine, and here we will learn how to prepare a very special cocktail: the Ten Cantalá, based on pisco and ginger.
We will finish the experience at the downtown restaurant Calle del Medio, where we will taste the classic cocktail Pisco Punch, accompanied by a snack. The tour will end at 9:00 p.m. at this point.
