The adventure begins at Abano Beach, one of the wildest and best-preserved spots on the coast of the Sintra Mountain Range. From the very first steps, the route reveals breathtaking landscapes overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, passing along coastal trails, deep valleys, dramatic cliffs and little-explored natural areas. Throughout the hike, you'll have the opportunity to feel the force of Atlantic nature and discover unique spots far off the beaten tourist track.

As we leave the coast behind, the ascent through the mountain forest begins, crossing paths surrounded by dense vegetation and the mystical atmosphere characteristic of this region. The highlight of the experience is the arrival at the Peninha Sanctuary, one of the most iconic and panoramic spots in Sintra, where we will watch the sunset with unforgettable views of the ocean, the mountains, and the coastline.

As the sun disappears over the horizon, an outdoor picnic will be served in a peaceful and special setting. After sunset, the adventure continues with a nighttime descent through the forest to the village of Malveira da Serra, offering a different and memorable experience under the night sky of the mountains.
