There are only five Blue Zones in the world, geographic areas where people live longer than the global average, often exceeding 100 years in excellent health. Sardinia is one of them, and not by chance.

Here, among pristine mountains, a slow pace of life and a deep connection with nature, healthy eating habits, solid social relationships and a work culture linked to the land and family have been handed down for generations. An authentic balance between body, mind, and land.

One of the iconic places of this extraordinary longevity is Seulo, a small mountain village in the heart of the island, known for having recorded one of the highest numbers of centenarians in relation to the population. This is not just a statistical fact, but the concrete expression of a simple way of life, rooted in tradition and community.

In Seulo, you can feel a history of resilience, sharing, and love for one's land. That's why experiencing Seulo isn't just about going on a hike, but about embarking on a real journey of discovery, an immersion in the culture of a people who have turned quality of life into a daily philosophy.
The day begins with a departure from Cagliari towards Seulo. The first part of the experience is dedicated to exploring the historic old town, walking among ancient stone houses and murals that tell the story of the village and the tales of its centenarians.

During the walk, we will come across the weaving workshop, where ancient frames and techniques handed down for generations are still used today, as well as artisan workshops and panoramic views of the Gennargentu and Barbagia valleys, which offer an authentic and powerful view of the area.

At the end of the morning, we'll move on to the pastoral village with the “Cuiles” in Pizzu Nusaunu, with its characteristic forests of centuries-old holm oaks and limestone reliefs. After a short walk, we will sit around the traditional stone tables located in the woods to taste “Su Murzu Antigu” (prepared by the guides), the ancient shepherds' meal based on ricotta, typical products, and desserts, and enriched with other local products, all accompanied by the ever-present Sardinian wine.

The experience ends in the early afternoon with a visit to the nuraghe just outside Pease. After an intense and authentic day, experienced slowly and with the heart, in one of the most fascinating and authentic places in Sardinia, before the drop-off in Cagliari.
