10 day all-inclusive trip exploring the food and flavors of Central Italy with your personal chef. We will take you on a journey to the places where the traditional Italian dishes were born.
We’ll cook and eat together the best Italian dishes, according to the season, Foods like porcini and chanterelle mushrooms, white truffles, local meats and seafood, regional salumi and cheeses, fresh vegetables and of course- handmade pastas;
We'll drink and appreciate my favorite Italian Wines: Barolo and Barbaresco, Valpolicella and Amarone, Sangiovese, Chianti, Brunello di Montalcino and Super Tuscans
Guided tour of the best food markets in the 3 regions.
Personal cooking lessons at the mountain retreat in the Apennines.
Fine dining in the best restaurants, including Michelin starred, picnicking in the woods, cooking Pellegrino Artusi traditional recipes in our old kitchen;
Visiting local farmers, wine cellars and markets;
Visit to the Sanctuary of La Verna (Tuscany) founded by St. Francis of Assisi: here we’ll admire the beautiful works of lead-glazed terracotta by Andrea Della Robbia;
Visit to Borgo San Sepolcro (Tuscany), home of the painter Piero della Francesca, where we’ll visit the local museum with frescoes of the Resurrection of Christ and the Polyptych of the Misericordia;
Visit to Monterchi (Tuscany) where we'll admire Piero della Franceasca's Madonna del Parto;
Visit Montefeltro, land of the Renaissance King Federico Duke of Urbino.
