The wine-growing tradition here is more than 2.000 years old as the sandy terrain and mild climate create ideal conditions for growing Italian Riesling, Pino blanc, Hungarian Ezerjo, Merlot, Cabenet Franc, Pinot noir and Cabernet. The exquisite representative of winemaking is the Zvonko Bogdan winery. A visit to its complex will show us how the modern technology of production, a business savvy marketing approach, and the traditional architecture of Palić can make a splendid blend, worth of attention and respect.
