    • From Bari at 08:00 am (Largo Eroi del Mare, Monumento ai Caduti)
    • From Trani at 09:00 am (Piazza Gradenigo, Porta Vassalla)

    Arrival in Andria, homeland of Burrata Igp, at a historic family-run dairy farm (masseria).
    Practical workshop with the master cheesemaker (casaro): knead and shape your own mozzarella and nodini with your hands, discover the craft of Burrata making, visit the farm and animals, and enjoy a generous cheese tasting.

    Next, move to a local olive oil mill (frantoio) in the countryside for the Olive Oil Experience:

    • Guided walk among the centuries-old olive trees
    • Visit to the olive oil mill and extraction machinery
    • Guided tasting of extra virgin and flavoured olive oils on Pugliese bread
    • Practical bruschetta-making tutorial

    Return to Trani around 02:00 pm and to Bari around 03:00 pm.
