What you can expect

  • Start your day with a pickup from your hotel and enjoy a scenic drive toward the Gambian–Senegal border. After border assistance, continue into the protected Fathala Wildlife Reserve.

    Once inside the reserve, board a safari 4×4 vehicle and begin your wildlife adventure. Your ranger will help you spot some of West Africa’s most iconic animals: giraffes walking through tall grass, rhinos resting in the shade, zebras grazing, and monkeys jumping through the trees.

    The reserve also hosts rare antelope species such as the giant eland and roan antelope—excellent for wildlife photography.

    After the safari, enjoy free time for refreshments before your return journey back to The Gambia.
