In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make the perfect pasta dough from scratch, mastering the techniques of kneading and rolling it out to the ideal thickness using a pasta machine. Then, you'll cut it into delicate strands of spaghetti. To complete the dish, you'll craft a velvety, flavorful Alla Vodka sauce to toss with your freshly made pasta. No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. The events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing). Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. You will be seated with your booking party. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only please!
