Ham, Cheese, Peppers, cakes, Liqueurs… you will discover (…and taste!) the many reasons why the Basque Country plays a strong role in the French Culinary Heritage!

During this tasty journey, you will be crossing small villages classified amongst the most beautiful of France! You will also have the opportunity to meet a Basque Shepheard and discover her job, her sheeps and of course…her cheese!

Itinerary :
1 - Roadtrip to Aihnoa to discover the Kintoa Porc (Local Ham),
2 - Roadtrip to Itxassou to visit an Ossay Iraty Cheese farm,
3 - Roadtrip to Espelette to meet an Espelette pepper farmer
