During this tour, Clémence, your epicurean guide, will reveal the many secrets of the Basque Country, famous for its culinary traditions.

Ham & cured meats, cheese, cakes, wine, liqueurs… you will discover (…and taste!) the many reasons why the Basque Country plays a strong role in the French Culinary Heritage!

During this tasty journey, you will be crossing small villages classified amongst the most beautiful of France! You will also have the opportunity to meet a Basque Shepheard and discover her job, her sheeps and of course…her cheese!

Itinerary :
1 - Roadtrip to Sare to discover the Kintoa Porc (Local Ham & Cured Meat),
2 - Roadtrip to Itxassou to visit an Ossau Iraty Cheese farm,
3 - Roadtrip to Bidart in an old watermill to discover the Basque Cake
