- Mendocinian empanada cooked in the clay oven with llajua sauce
- Fried empanada of aged cheese, onions and chili flakes with llajua sauce

- Fresh spider crab and fennel salad, breadcrumbs, coriander, mint, lemon and avocado
- Tortitta baked in the clay oven, bellota ham and homemade butter

- Potato gnocchi, lard, fresh oregano, peas, lemon, cheddar cheese
