MENU HIGHLIGHTS

Step 1

  • Humita, fresh basil and sweet chilli
  • Endives and anchovy salad, ricotta, orange, vinaigrette, mint and breadcrumbs with chili

Step 2

  • Mendocinian empanada cooked in the clay oven with llajua sauce
  • Fried empanada of aged cheese, onions and chili flakes with llajua sauce

Step 3

  • Fresh spider crab and fennel salad, breadcrumbs, coriander, mint, lemon and avocado
  • Tortitta baked in the clay oven, bellota ham and homemade butter

Step 4

  • Potato gnocchi, lard, fresh oregano, peas, lemon, cheddar cheese
  • Sorpresine with Patagonian prawns, confit cherry tomatoes, garlic, basil and cheddar cheese

Step 5

  • Iron box black hake with ratatouille and alioli
  • Spanish octopus with natural potatoes, dried tomato, fresh herbs and Murcia paprika

Step 6

  • Rump steak with dominoe potatoes and chimichurri sauce
  • Grilled basmati rice with broccoli, cauliflower, cashew’s cream, dried tomato, cilantro and cabrino
  • 7 1/2 hour Malbec lamb on its juices, with potato purée and gremolata sauce
