Surrounded by dramatic mountain peaks, terraced hillsides, fragrant orange and lemon groves and ancient olive trees, this is one of the most beautiful landscapes in the Serra de Tramuntana.
Our experience begins in Sóller, a historic town famous for its beautiful architecture, traditional streets and rich agricultural heritage. From here, we head into the surrounding countryside, discovering the peaceful landscapes and hidden beauty of the valley.
Follow scenic rural paths through fragrant citrus orchards, ancient olive groves and traditional stone terraces. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Tramuntana mountains while discovering the history, culture and traditions that make this region so special.
We also explore the beautiful village of Fornalutx, often considered one of Spain’s most charming villages, with its traditional stone houses, cobbled streets and flower-filled corners.
Optional authentic farm experiences
Depending on availability and prior arrangement, you can choose to enrich your experience with a visit to one of two traditional local farms.
Option 1: Traditional Olive Farm
Discover an extraordinary ancient olive tree believed to be more than 2,000 years old, a remarkable living witness to Mallorca’s agricultural heritage.
Enjoy an olive oil tasting and take part in a hands-on workshop where you will learn how to prepare a traditional Mallorcan snack using local ingredients. A wonderful opportunity to discover the island’s culinary traditions and flavours.
Option 2: Traditional Citrus Farm
Step into a peaceful Mediterranean paradise surrounded by beautiful citrus trees and a fascinating variety of exotic plants.
Enjoy a tasting of delicious homemade marmalades, freshly squeezed orange juice – quite possibly the best orange juice in the world! – and a small selection of traditional local snacks.
This charming farm offers a relaxing opportunity to experience the flavours, aromas and natural beauty of the Sóller Valley.
Both farm visits are optional and subject to availability. They must be arranged in advance and may involve an additional fee.
A relaxed and personal hiking experience
Your local certified hiking guide will share fascinating stories about Mallorcan heritage, agriculture, traditions and the unique landscapes of the Serra de Tramuntana.
This experience is suitable for beginners and moderately experienced hikers. The route, distance and walking pace can be adapted to the group’s fitness level, hiking experience and weather conditions.
With a maximum of just 4 participants, you can enjoy a personal and friendly atmosphere, discover beautiful hidden corners and experience Mallorca beyond the usual tourist routes.
