In collaboration with Stéphanie Hagué, a certified sophrologist, we offer a sophrology walk of approximately 3.5 hours with 3 sophrology breaks.

Take care of your mental and physical health.
We'll end the morning with a glass of fresh, artisanal apple juice.
A guided and narrated discovery of the forest by me, with relaxation on the agenda!!

Activity accessible to visually impaired and blind individuals.

Accessible to people who already have experience with hiking or who have no contraindications to prolonged exertion.
