  • If you have back, neck, joint or muscular problems you should carefully consider whether to participate
  • If you are pregnant you are not permitted. (Safety harness goes across your stomach and holds the entire weight of your body.)
  • You do not need previous ziplining experience
  • You should have a reasonable level of fitness
