What better way is there to end your busy day of sightseeing and museum visits around town than to slow down with a peaceful and rejuvenating private session of Yoga over a gorgeous Tuscan sunset?!
Upon arrival be greeted by your Yoga instructor who will lead you to a gorgeous Yoga platform surrounded by olive trees, with incredible views of the surrounding hills.
After a short introduction, you may change into your workout / yoga gear. The session begins with simple breathing and mindfulness exercises, followed by a mantra and warmups. After that, dive into asanas. Each asana is explained in English, with alternative positions for those with injuries or limited mobility.
After the asanas, continue with “Pranayama” (yogic breathing) followed by the ultimate relaxation pose “Shavasana” or alternative meditation.
Finish the session with a gong, followed by a final gratitude prayer or mantra.
