What you can expect

  • Begin your journey with the famous Tuscan crostini topped with chicken liver pâté—an authentic and flavorful appetizer. Then, dive into the art of making gnudi, a classic Tuscan first course made with ricotta and spinach.

Finish with a beautiful Zuppa Inglese, a traditional dessert inspired by Artusi’s famous recipe—similar to tiramisù, but made with irresistible custard cream instead of mascarpone.

When the weather is nice, enjoy everything outdoors in your host's garden, perhaps at sunset, accompanied by a glass of local wine and the gentle company of her beloved dogs—especially Tosca, who loves greeting guests. You may even meet their friendly German Shepherd.

Upon request, enjoy a fully vegetarian menu, replacing the crostini with a seasonal veggie starter and serving classic tiramisù for dessert.
