    Before the 7:15 p.m. concert, a typical dinner awaits you at 'Trattoria Napoleone', located at Piazza del Carmine No. 24, a 2-minute walk from the Church of Santa Monaca.

    Menu:
    Mixed Tuscan appetizer (salami, fennel salami, 24-month-aged Parma ham, polenta with sausage, polenta with mushrooms, polenta with liver pâté.)

    Choice of 1 first course:
    Spaghetti carbonara with truffle.
    Mugello-style tortelli with wild boar.
    Sienese pici with sausage sauce.

    Dessert:
    Warm apple tart with mascarpone cream and a strawberry topping.
