    ❌ No rushed factory-style experience
    ❌ No cheap watered-down wine
    ❌ No tourist trap atmosphere

    This is REAL Italy.

With REAL Italian famous chefs inside an exclusive private restaurant in the heart of Florence.

    AUTHENTIC DOESN’T MEAN BORING.

Our chefs are singers, entertainers, and dancers too — especially Giulio, our Celebrity Chef & Showman, famous for transforming dinner into a real Italian festa full of energy, laughter, music, wine, and unforgettable memories.

From the moment you walk into our cooking lab, you are not treated like just another tourist or a ticket number. You immediately become part of our Italian family ❤️

During the experience you will prepare fresh handmade pasta completely from scratch using traditional techniques inspired by Italian nonnas. You’ll learn how to make authentic Italian pasta with high-quality ingredients while enjoying excellent Italian wine in a social and festive atmosphere.

Unlike many crowded experiences, here you stay close to the chef, interact during every step, and truly live the experience instead of simply watching it.
