The experience begins with the participants meeting and a short briefing about the route and safety guidelines. Next, the group heads to the Fernão Velho Environmental Protection Area (APA), where the guided hiking tour begins.

During the hike, visitors walk through preserved stretches of the Atlantic Forest, encounter native species, springs, crystal-clear water reservoirs, and natural viewpoints with beautiful landscapes. Along the way, the guide shares information about the biodiversity and history of Fernão Velho, making the experience even more enriching.

At the end of the hiking tour, the group returns to the support point to conclude the activity and return to the pick-up location. The experience includes transportation, an expert guide, and insurance for all participants.
