With your teacher Teresa of Syracuse, you will live an authentic experience, made of simple gestures, genuine flavors and family recipes. During the local fresh pasta class you will use local and seasonal flours, eggs and ingredients. The sauces will be meat or vegetarian and will be served an appetizer of local products that we will prepare together.The flours we will use contain gluten. The skills you will bring with you after cooking class at Teresa's house, will not only be recipes, but a small piece of Sicily to share with your family and friends. As a gift you will have a list of local sauces for pasta or bruschetta to take home. This lesson is not only practical but also informative about local products.
