The cooking class will take place in an intimate and familiar setting, in a historic house in the old town of Castiglione delle Stiviere, a few kilometers from Desenzano and Sirmione. Here you will be welcomed with an aperitif and local wines.

In this informal and convivial setting, Ada will guide you step by step in the preparation of homemade pasta: from the preparation of the dough to the creation of ravioli, tagliatelle, and other types and shapes of pasta.

Together with Ada, you will also prepare a traditional dessert, one step at a time, until it is ready to be baked.

The experience will continue with wine tastings, anecdotes, and stories during a three-course lunch, which you will have prepared with your own hands. You will enjoy a magical moment in good company, delighting your palate and reliving the age-old ritual of sharing food, bringing young and old together around a table, with the wonderful feeling of being at home.
