We will meet in the romantic Kellergasse Falkenstein, one of the most beautiful cellar lanes in the Weinviertel. From here, we set off together on a relaxed vineyard hike, during which you'll watch the organic winemaker at work and gain insights into the work throughout the year – mindful, close to nature, and with a lot of passion.

Along the way, you will feel the calm and power of the Weinviertel: the landscape, vineyards, and views create moments for taking a deep breath and slowing down. As a special highlight, we will enjoy a glass of our fine sparkling wine “Bella Vita” rosé right at the foot of the Falkenstein ruins – an impressive setting that is guaranteed to be memorable.

Afterwards, we will take a leisurely walk back to our cellar. Once there, you will sample a “Glaserl” in our beautiful Weinschatz wine house and visit our historic wine experience cellar. After that, we will taste another 6 exciting wines together, which will allow you to experience the variety of grape varieties and the storability of our organic wines.

During the tasting, we share valuable knowledge about our cultural heritage of wine, tell stories and anecdotes, answer your questions – and there is always a little wine surprise. We also serve Weinviertel bread, organic grape juice, and still or mineral water.
