The Palace of Monaco, commonly known as the Palais Princiera (Monegasque: Palaçi d'u Pri̍ncipu), has been the official residence of the Prince of Monaco since 1297. It is located at the top of Monaco Rock, the oldest quarter of the Principality of Monaco, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea by sixty meters.Monaco's Cathedral of Notre-Dame-Immaculée is a Romanesque-Byzantine religious edifice.
Built under the principate of Charles III, it is the main church of the Monegasque archdiocese.
