The visit to the CantinArte Oil Museum consists of about two hours of knowledge of extra virgin olive oil inside an ancient oil mill from the 1700s, a magical place where the visitor will have the opportunity to see the tools of the time . In a first part in the visit to the historic rooms of the oil mill and then with a professional tasting of extra virgin olive oil, learning to know in an interactive way how to recognize quality oil using the senses: smell and taste.
