Day 2: Sahara – Chott el Jerid – Tamerza – Return
Wake up early to experience the peaceful desert atmosphere in the morning. Enjoy breakfast at the camp before continuing your journey through southern Tunisia.
Cross the spectacular Chott el Jerid, the largest salt lake in North Africa. Its immense salt flats, shimmering colors and desert mirages create one of the most extraordinary landscapes in Tunisia.
Continue toward the mountain oasis of Tamerza, surrounded by rugged cliffs and dramatic desert scenery. Explore the area, enjoy panoramic views and discover the contrast between the dry desert landscape and the lush oasis.
