Begin your experience by meeting your expert dadas, traditional Moroccan women chefs. Get an introduction to Moroccan spices, culture, and the menu you’ll be preparing.

Next, enjoy a hands-on cooking session. Prepare a refreshing seasonal salad (e.g. Cucumber and oregano salad, Lettuce, orange, and walnut salad, or Carrot and orange salad), and a comforting tagine (e.g. Beef or Chicken Kefta meatballs tagine with eggs in tomato sauce, or Vegetarian Berber tagine).
