We Pick you up from Gondar Airport, drive to Debark (headquarter town of the National Park), sign up and get permission to enter the park. Visit the local market if time permits. Drive to park gate and start trekking, enjoying the escarpment and diverse plant species. Encounter Gelada Baboons, clipspringer, bushbuck, and various bird species.

Trek to Sankaber camp (3,250m) for the first night. Over night Camping at Sankaber

After breakfast, trek to Gich (15km, 7 hours). Walk along the edge with stunning views over the foothills. Pass through low bushes of Giant Heather, Abyssinian Rose, and Oliveria Globe Thistle. Encounter Gelada Baboons, Klipspringer, and Bushbuck. Leopards may also be spotted. Marvel at the Jinba waterfalls, a 500m sheer drop and the longest fall in Ethiopia. Finish at Gich camp. Start early at Gich camp. Climb Mt. Imet Gogo for a breathtaking 360-degree view of the Simien Mountains. Descend to the valley, passing through Festuca grassland, Lobelia plant, and Erica Arboria tree.

Trek down to Chenneck camp, located in a beautiful valley at 3,620m. Encounter Gelada Monkeys, baboons, and walia Ibex. Over night camping at Chenek

After breakfast, trek up 800m to the summit for about 3 hrs. Enjoy 360 degree round from the peak then trek down back to the camp, have a lunch then ready for drive back to Gondar. if you don"t climb up Mt. Begins with a scenic drive from Gondar to the historic site of Lalibela. After enjoying a delicious breakfast, we'll set off early towards Lalibela, taking in the stunning Ethiopian landscapes along the way. Our journey will lead us through vast farming lands, small local villages, and towns.

We'll make a special stop at the unique village of Awramba, where you'll get a glimpse into the distinct way of life of its small community. Continuing our journey to Lalibela, we'll arrive in time to possibly begin exploring some of the 11 remarkable rock-hewn churches, depending on our arrival time. These architectural marvels, carved directly from the rock, promise a truly awe-inspiring experience. We'll spend the night in Lalibela, resting up for more adventures.

Full Day Site seeings Lalibela is dedicated to fully immersing ourselves in the wonders of Lalibela. This town, nestled in the Amhara region, is famed for its extraordinary rock-cut churches dating back to the 12th and 13th centuries. These sites, significant to Coptic Christians, feature subterranean monoliths like the massive Bete Medhane Alem and the cross-shaped Bete Giyorgis. Many of these churches are interconnected by a network of tunnels and trenches, with some boasting carved bas-reliefs and colorful frescoes. We'll also venture a few kilometers higher to marvel at another beautiful church, Asheten, perched atop a mountain. After a day filled with exploration, we'll return to Lalibela for dinner and another overnight stay.

Lalibela Drive to Semera starts with an early breakfast before we embark on an 8-hour drive to Semera via Weldia and Chifra. This day offers a chance to witness the diverse beauty of Ethiopian topography and gain insights into the lives and cultures of the Amhara and Afar people. The landscape and communities we'll encounter promise a rich tapestry of experiences.

Upon arriving in Semera, which is a bit warmer than previous locations, we'll have dinner and prepare for the upcoming adventure in the Danakil Depression desert. Another night in Semera wraps up this segment of our journey.

Exploring the Sulfur Lake: The Danakil Depression is known for its unique sulfur lake. It's a fascinating natural wonder that you wouldn't want to miss. The lake's vibrant colors and bubbling mud pots create a mesmerizing sight. Salt Mining Experience: Another interesting activity in the Danakil Depression is salt mining. You can witness the traditional salt mining methods used by the local community. It's a great opportunity to learn about their culture and way of life. Caravan Adventure: Joining a caravan is a thrilling way to explore the Danakil Depression. You'll be able to travel with a group, making the journey more enjoyable and safer. The desert landscapes and unique rock formations along the way will leave you in awe.

Up-Close Volcano Experience: The Danakil Depression is home to an active volcano, Erta Ale. You can get up close and witness the lava lake inside the volcano. It's an unforgettable experience that will make you appreciate the power of nature. Sand Driving: Driving through the vast sand dunes of the Danakil Depression is an exciting activity. It's like being in a desert oasis surrounded by stunning landscapes. The feeling of freedom and adventure is unparalleled.

Along the way, we'll have a lunch break at the charming Afar village of Afdera, known for its impressive salt lake. Here, you'll get a taste of the desert people's lifestyle and savor delicious local cuisine. Continuing our drive to Hamed Ela, we'll catch a glimpse of the smoky mountains on the right, which we'll explore the next day.

Upon reaching Dalol around 5:00 pm, we'll take a short break to relax at the camp and perhaps enjoy some tea or coffee.

Next, we'll drive to the mythical Lake Giulietti (or Lake Afrera), a saltwater lake located more than 100 meters below sea level. This stunning location is one of the deepest depressions on the planet and offers picturesque salt flats where the Afar people extract salt by evaporating the lake's water. You'll have the opportunity to witness a breathtaking sunset, swim in the floating salt lake, and admire the vibrant red salt mountains. Our drivers will even add to the fun with music, dancing, and jumping around. Afterward, we'll return to the camp, where our talented chefs will serve a delicious dinner with tea and coffee. You'll have the chance to sleep under the stars on comfortable wooden beds with mattresses and sheets, creating a truly unforgettable experience.

We'll start early to Explore on a drive to the sulphur springs, the lowest point on Earth, and also explore the salt mountains and hot springs. You'll witness the fascinating activity of workers breaking salts from the ground, cutting them into rectangular pieces, and loading them onto camels. Our journey will then take us to Dallol, where we'll marvel at the unique landscape formed by volcanic activity, including Dallol and Lake Assal. Dallol, being 116 meters below sea level, is one of the lowest places in the world, and its colorful salts mining and the mesmerizing view of Lake Assal during sunrise and sunset are truly captivating.

Afterwards, we'll drive back to the camp for breakfast before heading to Erta Ale, a shield volcano with a massive caldera and the world's only permanent lava lake. This mesmerizing natural wonder reaches a height of 613 meters and has a lava lake, one of only five in the world, at its summit. You'll have the chance to trek up to the volcano cone and witness the dramatic action of boiling lava. As the day comes to an end, we'll trek back down to the camp and enjoy a hearty dinner around 8:00 pm.stay over night Eartale outside enjoying the beauty full stars on the rocky camping site on the flower mattress and sheet will provided.

We'll wake up early to catch the sunrise at the northern pit crater, and then take a short walk to explore the southern and central pits. These pits offer a fascinating glimpse into ancient geological structures, with the main pit-crater being 200 meters deep and 350 meters across. The smaller southern pit is 65 meters wide and approximately 100 meters deep. After descending back to the camp, we'll have some time to relax and have your last desert breakfast before packing up our camping gears. We'll then drive back to Semera and catch a flight to Addis Ababa around 5:00 pm, marking the end of our incredible tour.

On this day of the tour, you will depart from Bole International Terminal 1 at 7:40 am and arrive in Arba Minch at 8:45 am. Our driver and guide will be waiting for you at the airport. After having breakfast and a coffee break, we will drive down to Arba Minch (the foty springs) and visit the crocodile market. Then, we will take a boat trip on Lake Chamo, which is known as the most productive lake in Ethiopia. During the boat trip, you will have the opportunity to see hippos, some of the largest crocodiles in Africa, and prey birds. After the boat trip, we will have lunch at either Paradise or Haile resort, both of which offer stunning views. Afterward, we will drive to the Dorze village, where you can see the traditional Dorze beehive-shaped huts that are recognized by UNESCO as visually attractive. We will then drive back to ArbaMinch for the overnight stay.

Arba Minch is a charming and one of the Paradise town located in the Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples' Region of Ethiopia. the name "Arbaminch" mean Forty Springs is taken from Amharic langue which means 'Forty springs' It is situated at an altitude of around 1,285 meters and offers stunning views of the surrounding landscapes. The town is known for its pleasant climate and serves as a gateway to several attractions in the area. Lake Chamo is a large freshwater lake located near Arba Minch. It is considered one of the most productive lakes in Ethiopia, supporting a diverse ecosystem and abundant wildlife. Taking a boat tour on Lake Chamo is a popular activity for visitors. During the boat tour, you will have the opportunity to observe a variety of wildlife, including hippos, Nile crocodiles, and numerous bird species. The lake is also home to several fish species, making it a favorite spot for anglers.

The Forty Springs is a natural spring located near Lake Chamo. The area is named after the numerous small springs that emerge from the ground, forming a series of pools. The water from these springs is crystal clear and provides a refreshing experience. The Forty Springs area is a peaceful and scenic spot where visitors can relax, enjoy the tranquillity, and even take a dip in the pools. It is also a great place for bird watching, as various bird species can be spotted in the surrounding trees and bushes.

The Crocodile Ranch is another popular attraction near Arbaminch. It is a sanctuary for Nile crocodiles and serves as a conservation centre for these reptiles. Visitors can learn about crocodile biology, behavior, and conservation efforts through guided tours. The ranch is home to a large number of crocodiles of different ages and sizes, providing a unique opportunity to observe these fascinating creatures up close. Guided feeding sessions may also be available, allowing visitors to witness the crocodiles in action during mealtime. If there is enough time before your departure, you may also have the opportunity to visit the Dorze Village.

The Dorze Tribe is known for their unique bamboo houses and intricate weaving skills. They are skilled cotton farmers and are renowned for their traditional weaving techniques, producing colorful textiles and baskets. The Dorze people are famous for their tall beehive-shaped houses, which are constructed using bamboo and thatch. They have a vibrant cultural heritage, with traditional music, dance, and festivals being celebrated within the community. Over Night Arbaminch

After breakfast, we will drive to Konso and have a lunch break. In Konso, we will visit one of the nine UNESCO registered villages. The Konso people are known for erecting stones and poles called generation poles, which are raised every 18 years to mark the start of a new generation. The age of a village can be determined by the number of poles that are still standing. After the visit, we will drive to Turmi for the overnight stay

After breakfast, we will drive to Kara Village, where the Kara tribe resides. The Kara people live along the east banks of the Omo River and are known for their beautiful big villages and the traditional painting of faces and bodies by the children. After the visit, we will drive back to Turmi for a lunch break. In the afternoon, if we are lucky, we might witness a unique event called bull jumping, which is a ceremony where a boy is pronounced a "man" after jumping over 5 to 13 cattle standing in a row. Alternatively, if there is no bull jumping, we will visit a Hamer village in the afternoon. At night, we will enjoy a colorful party with Evan Gady dance, also known as the night dance.

In the morning, we will drive to Omorate and cross the great Omo River with a local boat to visit the Dassanech tribe.

After the visit, we will drive back to Turmi for a lunch break and then proceed to Dimeka town, where the Hamer, Beena, and Kara tribes hold their weekly market day. If there is no bull jumping event on Friday, there is a higher chance of witnessing it on this day. If there is no bull jumping, we will drive to Jinka and, if you're not tired, you can visit the Jinka museum in the late afternoon.

Early in the morning, we will drive to the Mursi village, where you can observe the unique traditions of this minority tribe living in the Lower Omo Valley. The women of the Mursi tribe are known for wearing large clay plates in their lips as a form of decoration, while the men are known for painting different patterns on their bodies. After the visit, we will drive back to Jinka for a lunch break and then depart for Addis Ababa at 13:10, arriving at 14:20.
