After a short introductory briefing, the walk in the woods will begin: an authentic and relaxing moment in which I will personally guide you, sharing stories, traditions, and anecdotes about truffle hunting. Each participant will be involved in the active search — our dogs will do the rest, providing genuine excitement with each discovery.
At the end of the hike, we will reach a magical place at sunset, surrounded by nature. Here, a journey through the flavors of Umbria awaits you: an exclusive food tasting with the artisanal products of our Tre Monti Agriturismo, accompanied by a special live cooking show, where you can see how a real truffle strapazzata is prepared… and enjoy it on the spot, hot and fragrant.
