Novi is Balinese and specialises in truly authentic Balinese cuisine, all her classes are bespoke and for a single booking for between 1 and 4 people.
Novi's has more than 200 recipes on her You Tube channel 'Novi's Bali Kitchen' to choose from and is always happy to discuss personal individual recipe requests.
Classes are held in Novi's home begin at 10 a.m and complete around 2 p.m and guests are given delicious freshly made refreshments on arrival and throughout their class. In true Balinese style classes are relaxed and whilst being highly professional, there is no rush and always plenty of time to sit together and enjoy what you have prepared. Your class can also take place at your private villa or venue. To date Novi has over 40 5 Star reviews on Google. Please enquire for further information
