This is an outdoor walking tour. All travelers should be able to safely walk up dirt paths and handle outdoor temperatures.
There are electrified nets/lines around the farm to contain animals. Please be advised that children and adults will need to refrain from touching these lines to avoid injury.

The tour will begin at our AG building where the tour guide will provide a brief welcome and intro to the farm before the tour begins. At this point of the tour you will see our milking area where our cows are milked daily as well as meet our chicks in the brooder area.

The walking tour will then begin with a walk around the pasture to see our pasture-raised laying hens. Guests will learn how our farm utilizes rotational grazing practices to improve the soil and life our our animals.

Walk through the pasture and meet the Simple Roots dairy cows, learn how they are milked as well as how they are an integral part in restoring the land.

Your guide will then walk you through the orchards where you may see mangos, dragon fruit and jack fruit before arriving to see our broiler chickens. Learn the style of mobile chicken shelters we use to move move them daily to provide the animals with grass and bugs to scratch and provide natural fertilizer to the land all while keeping them safe from predators
