An exciting and fun interpretation of the typical peasant day dedicated to the rural cult of homemade bread as it was once done. From the methodical preparation of the dough, to the instant in which water, flour and yeast, expertly prepared, will become the long-awaited and fragrant shapes, "a sfurnata" (baked out of the oven) to be kept "'nta madhja" (maida). All the intermediate stages of bread making will be represented and people who wish to participate will be entertained and involved in all respects. The program has the purpose of pleasant reconstruction of rural traditions and useful training, as well as education to natural and peasant life. The day culminates with the tasting of the “zero kilometer” “sapori alla contadina” banquet; a participation in the typical cuisine with tasty native dishes, set up in an original location, "a Raìsina".
