We'll start the guided visit by exploring the interior of the Palacio de la Magdalena. We will tour the most important rooms on the main floor, which is open to the public, and you will learn about the history of the Spanish monarchs Alfonso XIII and Victoria Eugenie during their summer seasons in Santander.

Next, we'll visit the main attractions of the Magdalena Peninsula, such as the open-air museum El Hombre y la Mar (Man and the Sea), where you'll see “La Balsa,” the raft of the explorer and adventurer Vital Alsar, and the galleons that crossed the Atlantic following the route of Francisco de Orellana.
