Before each show, we check the rain forecast. If light rain is expected, the show is held indoors on our covered 3rd-floor venue instead of the outdoor rooftop stage (guests can still visit the rooftop before or after the show). If it starts raining lightly during the show itself, the show continues as scheduled. If a typhoon or severe weather is forecast, we will first offer a free date change; if you'd prefer not to reschedule, a guaranteed full refund is available. The same full refund option applies if your show is moved indoors and you're not able to attend.
In the event of rain, the show will be moved indoors to our covered 3rd-floor venue. Customers who do not wish to attend the indoor show are entitled to a full refund for the affected booking.
