During the experience you will visit several carefully selected local venues where residents often gather to eat and drink. Along the way, your guide introduces the history of the city and explains how different periods shaped the cuisine of the Alentejo region.

At each stop you will taste a selection of regional specialties paired with local drinks. The tour includes a mix of traditional taverns, small producers, and family-run establishments that represent the everyday food culture of Évora.
