Together with an oil master, discover the organoleptic differences between our four oils: CORATINA, OGLIAROLA, CIMA DI MELFI, and BLEND with a tasting of three EVO oils produced through monoculture and an EVO Blend oil produced from a combination of three different types of olives. Learn how to pair oils with dishes by preparing and tasting them, and discover the tricks for creating flavored oils. We will explore the delicacy of rosemary oil until we reach the spiciness of chili pepper oil.
