As the sun begins to set, our urban vineyard becomes one of the quietest corners of Catania. Your evening begins with a guided walk through our family vineyards, led by a professional sommelier. This isn’t the typical winery tour explaining modern production techniques. Instead, we’ll take you back in time to discover how wine was made on Mount Etna more than 300 years ago, inside a landscape that has remained deeply connected to its history. As you stroll through the vines, you’ll learn why this urban vineyard is so unique, where traditional dry-stone walls, ancient vines and family stories continue to protect a piece of Etna’s identity for future generations. Back at our historic 18th-century winery, you’ll enjoy a contemporary dinner created by our resident chef using seasonal local ingredients. Each course is thoughtfully paired with five Etna wines, inviting you to discover the diversity and elegance of our volcanic terroir through food and wine together.
