What to Expect: • Introduction to Epoxy Resin: Learn the basics of mixing and working with epoxy resin, including safety tips and techniques. • Creating a Geode Design: You’ll be taught how to pour and manipulate resin to create the layered, crystalline effect typical of geode formations. Learn how to design the perfect geode on a rectangular or circle wood board side about 12” from the base colors to the intricate details. • Adding Texture and Depth: Explore techniques to add texture, such as using natural gem stones, crushed glass, glitter, and metallic powders to mimic the natural, sparkling look of a real geode. • Finishing Touches: Discover how to achieve a flawless, glossy finish, and take home a beautiful, ready-to-hang piece of art.
