In Mezcal the same would be the type of agave, Espadín (there are around 100 different agaves), In Tequila, the agave is blue and its drinks: white, reposado and añejo. This magical trip also continues with a walking tour through the tourist area until you reach the tortilla factory. Very few people know how to make a tortilla, even Mexicans.
We will go to a local market to see its craft shops. and we will finish this tour visiting the “black market” where the catch of the day arrives.
