This Workshop will be your chance for becoming so familiar with the tipical dishes that made our city so famous all over the world. We will preparing together some tipical pasta dishes, such as tortellini, will learn how to use truffle or vinegar to flavour our dough and will do gnocchi, following the original receipe of our nonnas.
At the end, a lunch or dinner is offered including wine, water, coffee, and a sweet surprise.
