Activity itinerary

We will teach you how to prepare the famous Osaka-invented Kushikatsu Skewers. 2 veggies (usually Lotus Root & Pumpkin) and two fish (a white fish and then shrimp). Before that, we will get the ingredients together for Pork Tonjiru Soup. It is sort of like Miso Soup with potatoes, carrots and some other ingredients. My wife will also show you the art of Onigiri Rice Balls. Once all is done, you get to eat your creations at our outdoor non-profit Childrens Cafateria. Sake and/or soft drinks are included.
