Begin your hike at Ella Railway Station and follow a path through town before entering the forest. After about 2 km, reach the Nine Arch Bridge, a majestic colonial-era railway bridge that’s a favorite photo spot. Enjoy scenic views and photo stops at this iconic landmark.

Continue your hike through villages and tea estates toward Demodara, descending gently toward the Demodara Railway Station. Walk along gentle trails through Demodara tea plantations with views toward local villages and the hills.

Near the end point, see the Demodara Railway Loop, a unique engineering marvel where the train spirals under itself.
