Learn how these spices are grown and used in traditional cooking and medicine.
Next, enjoy a hands-on Sri Lankan cooking class in Ella, held in a traditional local fireplace with friendly, easy-to-follow instruction. You’ll learn to prepare fresh coconut milk by hand and cook authentic Sri Lankan dishes from scratch, gaining insight into the flavors and techniques that make Sri Lankan cuisine unique.
